- Using Rush - we will watch this Desktop Tutorial from Rosie Sue (7:11)
- Quick Discussion
- Go back to Amber's Video: Click Start for Free- on the top title bar
- This will download an install file and instructions on how to install
- Find and open Premiere_Rush_Installer.dmg in your downloads folder
- double click the download file
- this will open the Premiere Rush install
- double click to install
- click open
- I had to do password to allow on computer - students may not have to do that
- a log in to download box will pop up - login and then choose beginner > continue > then click start installing (took my computer about 5 minutes)
- Then open app
- Will come to a Create your first video screen
- Click >start now
- Follow the instructions to create your first video using their vids
- Name your project - Last Name _Rush_Tutorial
- Add your Media >choose at least 7 vids for your project (even though it says only 3) > click create > it then prepares your media - also, add your Digital Media Production logo to the start or end of this video
- Go through each of the steps associated with the tutorial
- Title
- Transitions
- Color
- Audio

When you have completed your movie with all of the above effects - get Sinks and Rogan to view it for a grade - DO NOT EXPORT (we only get 3 exports and we do not want to use this as one of them)
- This will download an install file and instructions on how to install
