    • Who in history or currently would be considered an Outlier?
      1. 1st, brainstorm a list of people who come to mind that you would consider an outlier – examples from the book don't count
      2. 2nd, determine/define the criteria for labeling an individual as an outlier
        • Think about the chapters we've read so far
        • Chapter 1: Accumulative Advantage
        • Chapter 2: 10,000 hours and the power of timing (or being in the right place at the right time)
        • Chapter 3 & 4: Smart enough, no one does it alone, and childhood environment
      3. 3rd, read through your list of brainstorms – weed through the ones who you think don't meet your criteria
      4. 4th, select one individual you feel the most confident about who meets all your criteria
      5. Finally, draw this person as best you can and using the "Spider" method, illustrate their qualities as well as how you think they meet your criteria as an outlier for success
