Internship Job Shadow Narrative
1-page, single-spaced, typed, paragraphs.
Due Tuesday, February 20
- Write a narrative that illustrates your internship experience. We recommend you focus on one or two of the most memorable days and/or experiences during your time.
- Be sure to include:
- Relevant details, such as, what the company/organization does and why you are interested in this field
- Descriptions of the people you directly worked with, including their personality and their attitude towards their job
- Any challenges you encountered or witnessed during your time
- Any epiphanies?
- Compartmentalize your time. In other words, leave the reader with a sense that you learned something from your experience.
- We DON'T WANT a week-to-week summary – be engaging.
