Adobe Illustrator Drawing Introduction Level C
C3 Template
Open Adobe Illustrator
Open Adobe Illustrator, then go to my portfolio page and navigate to the Appropriate Template.
To Open the Template
Click on the "C3 Template" link above, click the Open button, double click the C3 Adobe Illustrator file.
To save:
File> Save As> make sure you point your browser to your U-Drive and Name it appropriately.
Editing Shapes
Open your previous document C2 select and copy (Cntrl C) all of the shapes you created on this page. Paste these images (Cntrl V) ont C3. Use the Selection Tool (Black Arrow) and Direct Selection Tool (White Arrow) to edit points, scale shape to match the template.
Objective
You will need to expand your shapes by going to: Object > Expand > OK, then ungroup. This will allow you to match line thickness, fill necessarry, and object layering to match the pattern.
